Here's How to Play
This ticket features three (3) separate game plays. In Game 1, the player gently removes the scratch-off material to reveal one (1) WINNING SYMBOL, one (1) YOUR SYMBOL and one (1) prize symbol. If YOUR SYMBOL is identical to the WINNING SYMBOL, the player wins the prize in the prize box. If the year "2001" symbol is revealed, the player automatically wins the prize shown. In Game 2, the player gently removes the scratch-off material to reveal one (1) LUCKY YEAR play symbol, six (6) YOUR YEARS play symbols and six (6) prize symbols. If any of YOUR YEARS match the LUCKY YEAR, the player wins the corresponding prize. If the year "2001" symbol is revealed, the player wins $2,001 per day (TAX FREE) for a year. In Game 3, the player gently removes the scratch-off material to reveal six (6) play symbols and one (1) prize symbol. If three (3) of the six (6) play symbols are identical, the player wins the prize in the prize box.

How to Claim $2,001 and $2,001 A Day For A Year Prizes!
When you win a $2,001 or $2,001 a DAY for a YEAR prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer location and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
