Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature two (2) separate play areas. For the "Number Match" game, the player removes the scratch-off material to reveal the four (4) two-digit "Winning Numbers" play symbols and seven (7) sets of "Your Numbers" play symbols. Each set will contain four (4) two-digit "Your Numbers" play symbols. If 2, 3 or 4 of the "Your Numbers" in a single SET match the "Winning Numbers", the player wins the corresponding prize in the legend for that SET. For the "Bonus" game, the player removes the scratch-off material to reveal one (1) play symbol. If any prize amount is revealed, the player wins that amount. If the player finds the "Lotzee" symbol, the player automatically wins a free Lotzee Quick Pick ticket. The player can win up to 8 times on the ticket.

When you win a Lotzee Quick Pick ticket, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10, $12, $25, $50 or $100, sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How to Claim $1,000, $10,000 or $50,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $10,000 or $50,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
