Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature four (4) game playareas. For the main play area, the player removes the scratch-off matierial to reveal twenty (20) SECRET NUMBERS play symbols. Then the player scratches only the numbers on LOCKS 1 and 2 that match the SECRET NUMBERS revealed. If the player matches ALL 5 NUMBERS on the same LOCK, the player wins the prize in the PRIZE BOX for that LOCK. For the BONUS play area, the player removes the scratch-off material to reveal a prize amount or a non-winning message. If any prize amount is revealed, the player wins that prize instantly.

How to Claim $1,000, $10,000 and $40,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $10,000 or $40,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
