Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature one game play area. The player removes the scratch-off material to reveal four (4) DOWN play symbols and one (1) PRIZE BOX. If the total of the 1ST, 2ND, 3RD and 4TH DOWNS equals 10 or more, the player wins the prize in the PRIZE BOX. If the words "TOUCH DOWN" are revealed in any DOWN, the player wins DOUBLE the prize in the PRIZE BOX instantly.

How to Claim $5,000 Prizes!
When you win a $5,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
