Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature two game play areas. Game 1 is a "Symbol Match" game. The player removes the scratch-off material to reveal one (1) SPOOKY SYMBOL, six (6) YOUR SYMBOLS and six (6) corresponding prize amounts. If any of YOUR SYMBOLS match the SPOOKY SYMBOL, the player wins the corresponding prize for that symbol. Game 2 is a "Bonus" game. The player will remove the scratch-off material and if any amount is revealed the player will win that amount.
Instant Pay From Your Lottery Retailer!
When you win $2, $3, $4, $5, $10, $20, $40 or $100, sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Sales Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How to Claim $3,100 Prizes!
When you win a $3,100 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer location and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.

Approximately 6.0 million "SPOOKY LOOT" tickets are initially planned in this game. The New Jersey Lottery reserves the right to subsequently increase this quantity of tickets. Should additional tickets be introduced, prize levels and frequency of winning will be consistent with the following disclosures:
In the "SPOOKY LOOT" Instant Game, New Jersey allocates 55% of the gross receipts to prizes. On the average, better than 1 ticket in 6 wins a prize. In a game of 6,000,000 tickets there are 806,000 prizes of $2; 153,000 prizes of $3; 48,400 prizes of $4; 84,000 prizes of $5; 41, 41,400 prizes of $10; 2,200 prizes of $20; 2,200 prizes of $40; 340 prizes of $100 and 12 prizes of $3,100. Odds and number of winners may vary based on sales, distribution and claims.
