Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature two (2) separate game plays. In Game 1, the player removes the scratch-off material to reveal one (1) SWEETHEART NUMBER play symbol, three (3) YOUR NUMBERS play symbols and three (3) prize amounts. If the player matches any one or more of YOUR NUMBERS to the SWEETHEART NUMBER, the player wins the prize shown below the winning number(s). If the " " symbol is revealed, the player wins that prize automatically. In Game 2, the player removes the scratch-off material to reveal six (6) prize symbols. If three (3) of the six (6) prize symbols match, the player wins that prize amount. If two (2) of the six (6) prize symbols match and a "" symbol is revealed, the player wins double that prize.

How to Claim $1,000, $10,000, $25,000 or $50,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $10,000, $25,000 or $50,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
