Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature a "Key Number Match" play area. The player will remove the scratch-off material to reveal six (6) YOUR BALL NUMBERS, twelve (12) TARGET numbers, twelve (12) PRIZE AMOUNTS, two (2) DOUBLER numbers and one (1) JACKPOT number. If one or more of the YOUR BALL NUMBERS matches one or more of the TARGET numbers, the player wins the prize value(s) shown below the corresponding TARGET number(s). If one of the YOUR BALL NUMBERS matches either of the DOUBLER numbers, the player doubles their total winnings. To win on the JACKPOT feature, any one of the YOUR BALL NUMBERS must match the JACKPOT number; the player then wins all 12 prizes shown under the TARGET number play symbols. If any of YOUR BALL NUMBERS match a JACKPOT number and one of the DOUBLER numbers, the player wins double the amount of all 12 prizes shown under the TARGET number play symbols.

When you win a $1,000, $5,000, $10,000, $50,000, $100,000 or $150,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer location and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
