Here's How to Play
This WHEEL OF FORTUNE ticket will feature two (2) play areas. The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal eighteen (18) YOUR WHEEL LETTERS. Players win by matching those same letters to the letters in each of the 5 categories (PERSON, PLACE, THING, EVENT AND PHRASE). If the player matches all of the letters in any entire category, the player wins the prize for that category.
Instant Pay From Your Lottery Retailer!
When you win $3, $4, $5, $6, $10, $20, $25, $75, $100 or $500, sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How to Claim $1,000 and $20,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000 or $20,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.

Approximately 5.4 million "WHEEL OF FORTUNE" tickets are initially planned in this game. The New Jersey Lottery reserves the right to subsequently increase this quantity of tickets. Should additional tickets be introduced, prize levels and frequency of winning will be consistent with the following disclosures:
