Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature two (2) separate game plays. For the Number Match game, the player removes the latex covering the play area one (1) 4-digit Daily Draw number, two (2) 4-digit Your Numbers (comprised of Bet 1 and Bet 2) and four (4) prize amounts. If the player matches Your Numbers in either of Bet 1 or Bet 2 to the Daily Draw number, the player wins the corresponding pries(s). If all Your Numbers in Bet 1 or Bet 2 match the Daily Draw number in the exact order, the player wins the straight prize for that bet. If all Your Numbers in Bet 1 or Bet 2 match the Daily Draw number in any order, the player wins the boxed prize for that bet. For the Bonus play area, the player removes the latex covering the play area to reveal one (1) play symbol. If any prize amount is revealed, the player automatically wins that prize amount. If the player reveals Free Ticket, the player automatically wins a free Pick-4 on-line ticket.
Instant Pay From Your Lottery Retailer!
When you win a Pick-4 on-line ticket, $2, $3, $4, $5, $6, $10, $50, $100 or $500, sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How to Claim $2,500 Prizes!
When you win a $2,500 prize, first sign your name of the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
