Here's How to Play
This ticket will consist of scratch games on the front side and pull-tab games on the back side.INSTANT SCRATCH GAME:
The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal three (3) WINNING NUMBERS, twelve (12) YOUR NUMBERS and twelve (12) prize amounts. If any of YOUR NUMBERS match any of the WINNING NUMBERS, the player wins the corresponding prize shown. If a " " symbol is revealed, the player wins all 12 prizes in this play area automatically! PULL-TAB GAME: The back of the ticket will feature four separate play areas. The player will break pen the four (4) windows ("Rows") to reveal three play symbols in each Row. If the player reveals three (3) identical symbols in the same Row, the player wins the corresponding prize in the prize legend.

When you win a $1,000, $5,000, $25,000, $50,000 or $150,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
