Here's How to Play
The player gently removes the scratch-off material on the "CALL LETTERS" play area to reveal a letter. For each letter in a square revealed in the "CALL LETTERS" play area, the player scratches the same letter each time it is found in the CROSSWORD PUZZLE. When the player reveals three (3) or more complete words in the CROSSWORD PUZZLE, they win a prize according to the PRIZE LEGEND on the front of the ticket.

When you win $3, $5, $10, $25, $100 or $500 sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How to Claim $5,000 and $20,000 Prizes!
When you win a $5,000 or $20,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.

Approximately 10.2 million "CROSSWORD" tickets are initially planned for each game. The New Jersey Lottery reserves the right to subsequently increase this quantity of tickets. Should additional tickets be introduced, prize levels and frequency of winning will be consistent with the following disclosures:
In each "CROSSWORD" Instant Game, New Jersey allocates approximately 65% of the gross receipts to prizes. On the average, better than 1 ticket in 5 wins a prize. In a game of 10,200,000 tickets there are 1,048,004 prizes of $3; 786,182 prizes of $5; 586,038 prizes of $10; 443,566 prizes of $25; 33,125 prizes of $100; 18 prizes of $500; 22 prizes of $5,000 and 21 prizes of $20,000. Odds and number of winners may vary based on sales, distribution and claims.
