Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature four (4) separate game plays. Game 1 is a "Dice" game. The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal 5 ROLLS. Each ROLL consists of two (2) dice play symbols and one (1) PRIZE amount. If the dice amounts total seven (7) or eleven (11) in the same ROLL, the player wins the prize shown for that ROLL. Game 2 is a "Slots" game. The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal ten (10) ROWS. Each ROW consists of three (3) play symbols and one (1) PRIZE amount. If a player gets three (3) like symbols in the same ROW, they win the PRIZE shown for that ROW.
Game 3 is a "Roulette" game. The player gently removes the latex to reveal one (1) WINNING NUMBER, four (4) YOUR NUMBERS and four (4) prize amounts. If a player matches any of YOUR NUMBERS to the WINNING NUMBER, they win the prize shown below that number. Game 4 is a "Bonus" game. The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal a prize amount or non-winning message. If the player finds any prize amount, they win that amount.

When you win a $1,000 or $500,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
