Using the edge of a coin, gently rub the latex covered play areas to reveal five (5) Your Ball numbers, twelve (12) Target numbers with associated prize amounts, two (2) Doubler numbers, and one (1) Jackpot number. If one or more of the Your Ball numbers matches a Target number(s) you win the prize shown below the matching TARGET number. If one of Your Ball numbers matches the Jackpot number you win all 12 prizes. If one of the Your Ball numbers matches a Doubler number you DOUBLE your total winnings.

When you win $5, $10, $20, $50, $75, $150 or $500 sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How to Claim $5,000; $60,000 and $150,000 Prizes!
When you win $5,000; $60,000 or $150,000, first sign your name on the back of the ticket. Then fill out a Claim Form Mailer available at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer. Mail the filled out Claim Form Mailer along with the signed ticket to the New Jersey Lottery Headquarters address printed on the mailer. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
