Here's How to Play
This ticket will consist of an instant scratch game on the front side and pull tab games and an instant scratch-off area on the back side. INSTANT SCRATCH GAME (Front of Ticket): The front of the ticket will feature two separate play areas. TABLE 1 & TABLE 2: The player gently removes the latex covering the play area in each TABLE to reveal one (1) DEALER'S HAND play symbol, five (5) PLAYER'S HAND play symbols and five (5) prize symbols. For each TABLE, if the sum in any PLAYER'S HAND is higher than the DEALER'S HAND, the player wins the prize shown for that PLAYER'S HAND. If the DEALER busts, the player wins all five (5) prizes for that TABLE. Get a BLACKJACK (21) in any one PLAYER'S HAND, win double the prize shown for that HAND. PULL TAB/SCRATCH-OFF GAME (Back of Ticket): The back of the ticket will feature three pull tabs and a PRIZE MULTIPLIER scratch-off play area. The player will break open the three (3) pull tabs (“Rows”) to reveal three play symbols in each Row. If the player reveals three (3) identical symbols in the same pull tab, the player wins the corresponding prize in the prize legend. If the player wins, the player will scratch the PRIZE MULTIPLIER play area. If any number is revealed, the player multiplies their total winning prize amount in the pull tab game by that number.

How to Claim $1,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000 or $150,000 Prizes
When you win a $1,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000 or $150,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
