Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature two (2) separate game play areas, both “Match 3 of 6”play areas with prize multipliers. For GAME 1 and GAME 2, the player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal six (6) prize symbols and one (1) PRIZE LEVEL. If three (3) of the six (6) prize symbols match in the same GAME and “SINGLE PRIZE” is revealed, the player wins that prize amount. If “DOUBLE PRIZE” is revealed, the player wins DOUBLE that prize amount. If “DOUBLE DOUBLER” is revealed, the player wins 4 TIMES that prize amount.

How to Claim $1,000, $10,000 and $40,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $10,000 or $40,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
