This ticket will feature one (1) game play. The player removes the scratch-off material to reveal three (3) WINNING NUMBERS, ten (10) YOUR LUCKY NUMBERS, ten (10) prize amounts and a BONUS multiplier. If any of the WINNING NUMBERS match one or more of YOUR LUCKY NUMBERS, the player wins the prize amount shown below the matched number(s). If a “ (gift)” symbol is revealed in any of the YOUR LUCKY NUMBER play spots, the player wins the corresponding prize automatically. The player then multiplies the winning prize by the number revealed in the BONUS box to determine the total winnings.

When you win a $1,000, $5,000 or $30,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer location and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
