Here's How to Play
Each pouch will contain six (6) tickets. Each ticket will feature one (1) game play: a “Tic Tac Toe” play area. The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal nine (9) play symbols, a PRIZE box and a BONUS box. If the player reveals three (3) “ ” symbols in any one row, column, or diagonal straight line, the player wins the prize in the PRIZE box. If the player reveals a “ ” symbol in the BONUS box, the player wins DOUBLE their winning prize. A player can win only once per ticket and up to 6 times per pouch.

When you win $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $6, $10, $20, $25, $40, $50, $100, $400 or $500, sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Sales Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How to Claim $1,000, $10,000 and $20,000 Prizes!
When you win $1,000, $10,000 or $20,000, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer location and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.

Approximately 2.1 million “STOCKING STUFFER” gift packs are initially planned in this game. The New Jersey Lottery reserves the right to subsequently increase this quantity of gift packs. Should additional gift packs be introduced, prize levels and frequency of winning will be consistent with the following disclosures:
In the “STOCKING STUFFER” Instant Game, New Jersey allocates approximately 65% of the gross receipts to prizes. On the average, better than 1 gift pack in 4 wins a prize. In a game of 2,100,000 gift packs there are 204,400 prizes of $5; 63,000 prizes of $6; 185,500 prizes of $10; 14,000 prizes of $12; 33,740 prizes of $20; 35,700 prizes of $25; 7,000 prizes of $50; 2,100 prizes of $100; 1,120 prizes of $200; 1,435 prizes of $500; 63 prizes of $1,000; 9 prizes of $10,000 and 9 prizes of $20,000.
