This ticket will feature one (1) game play. The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal four (4) WINNING NUMBERS, thirty (30) YOUR NUMBERS and thirty (30) prize amounts. If any of YOUR NUMBERS match any of the WINNING NUMBERS, the player wins the corresponding prize. If the “ ” symbol is revealed, the player wins the corresponding prize automatically.

How to Claim $1,000, $3,000 and $1,000,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $3,000 or $1,000,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer location and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
