Here's How to Play
This ticket will consist of an instant scratch game on the front side and pull-tab games on the backside. INSTANT SCRATCH GAME (Front of Ticket): The front of the ticket will feature three separate play areas. Game 1 - The player will gently remove the latex covering the play area to reveal ten (10) LUCKY NUMBERS, ten (10) prize symbols and three (3) WINNING NUMBERS. If the player matches any of the LUCKY NUMBERS to any of the WINNING NUMBERS, the player wins the corresponding prize for that number. If a “moon” symbol is revealed in any LUCKY NUMBERS play spot, the player wins DOUBLE the corresponding prize. Game 2 – The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal six (6) prize symbols. If three (3) of the six (6) prize symbols match, the player wins that prize amount. If two (2) of the six (6) prize symbols match and the “coin” symbol is revealed, the player wins DOUBLE that prize amount. Game 3 - The player will gently remove the latex covering the play area to reveal three ROWS, each consisting of two (2) play symbols and one (1) PRIZE amount. If the player reveals two identical symbols in the same ROW, they win the PRIZE shown for that ROW. PULL-TAB (Back of Ticket): The back of the ticket will feature four separate play areas. The player will break open the four (4) windows to reveal three play symbols in each window. If the player reveals three (3) identical symbols in the same window, the player wins the corresponding prize in the PRIZE LEGEND. The following PRIZE LEGEND will be displayed on the ticket back: 3 - Stars $1,000; 3 - 4 Leaf Clovers $100; 3 - Horseshoes $20; 3 - Pots of Gold $10; 3 - Bells $5.

When you win a $1,000, $5,000, $25,000, $50,000 or $150,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
