Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature two separate play areas; a “Symbol Match” play area and “BONUS” play area. The player gently removes the latex covering the main play area to reveal the twelve (12) PULLS and twelve (12) PRIZE amounts. If a player matches three (3) like symbols in any one PULL, they win the PRIZE shown for that PULL. For the BONUS play area, the player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal a prize amount or a nonwinning message. If the player reveals any prize amount, they win that amount automatically.

When you win a $1,000, $5,000, $10,000, $50,000, $100,000 or $150,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
