Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature a “Key Number Match” play area with a chance to win DOUBLE or TRIPLE the PRIZE.
The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal five (5) GAMES. Each GAME will consist of one (1) LUCKY NUMBER and three (3) YOUR NUMBERS (a SINGLE number, a DOUBLE number and a TRIPLE number) and one (1) PRIZE amount. If the player matches the SINGLE number to the LUCKY NUMBER in the same GAME, they win the PRIZE shown for that GAME. If the player matches the DOUBLE number to the LUCKY NUMBER in the same GAME, they win double the PRIZE shown for that GAME. If the player matches the TRIPLE number to the LUCKY NUMBER in the same GAME, they win triple the PRIZE shown for that GAME.

How to Claim $1,000, $5,000 and $50,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $5,000 or $50,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
