Five (5) tickets will be enclosed in a pouch. Each pouch will feature three (3) WILD 7'S SLINGO Internet Access Code Tickets and two (2) CLASSIC CYBER SLINGO Internet Access Code Tickets. The CYBER SLINGO internet site is not longer available. Present your tickets to any Lottery Retailer to see if you have won.
Instant Pay From Your Lottery Retailer!
When you win $2, $5, $7, $10, $20, $25, $40 or $50, sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any lottery retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How to Claim $5,000 Prizes!
When you win a $5,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to you following validation of the ticket.
