Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature four (4) separate game plays. A player can win up to four (4) times on this ticket, but may win only once in each game. Game 1 is a MATCH 3 OF 6 GAME. If a player finds three (3) like prize amounts, they win that prize. Game 2 is a LUCKY NUMBER GAME. Match any of YOUR NUMBERS to the LUCKY NUMBER and win prize shown below the matching number. Game 3 is a BEAT THE DEALER GAME. Add the two (2) cards in each HAND. If the total in YOUR HAND beats the total in the DEALER'S HAND within the same DEAL, win prize shown for that DEAL. A=11; J, Q and K = 10. Game 4 is a SYMBOL GAME. If a player reveals a “ ” in any spot, they win the prize below that symbol. If they reveal a “ ” symbol in any spot, they win DOUBLE that prize. If a player reveals a “ $$$ ” symbol, they win TRIPLE that prize.

When you win $1,000, $1,500, $5,000, $15,000 or $1,000,000, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
