Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature ten (10) separate game plays, or BETs, all being “Symbol Match” play areas. For BET 1 through BET 10, the player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal three (3) YOUR NUMBERS, one (1) ROULETTE NUMBER and one (1) PRIZE symbol. If one of YOUR NUMBERS matches the ROULETTE NUMBER in the same BET, win prize shown for that BET. Add up the prizes won and multiply by the total number of BETs won to determine TOTAL WINNINGS.

How to Claim $1,000 and $60,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000 or $60,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
