Here's How to Play
This ticket is a “Hold-Em Poker” style game with five (5) “Player's Hands” (2 cards each), one (1) “Champion Hand” (2 cards) and one set of “Community Cards” (5 cards, Flop, Turn, River). The player will scratch off the five (5) “Player's Hands” and the “Champion” Hand” to reveal two (2) cards each. They will then scratch off the “Community Cards” to reveal five (5) cards. The player will then make the best five (5) card poker hand for each player and the Champion by using one or both cards for each player and the champion in conjunction will have a total of seven (7) cards to make their best five (5) card poker hand. If any Player's Hand has a better five (5) card poker hand than the Champion, they win the prize shown for that Hand.

How to Claim $1,000, $5,000, $10,000 and $150,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $5,000, $10,000 or $150,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
