Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature three (3) separate game plays: a “Key Number Match” play area, a “Match 3 of 6” play area, and a “Bonus Match” play area, with eight (8) chances to win on a ticket. The player will remove the scratch-off material to reveal three (3) separate play areas. Play Area 1 is a “Key Number Match” game. The player removes the scratch-off material to reveal two (2) “Lucky Numbers” and six (6) “Your Numbers”, with a prize amount below each number. If either of your “Lucky Numbers” match any of the “Your numbers”, the player wins the corresponding prize shown. The player can win up to six (6) times in this play area. Play Area 2 is a “Bonus Match” game. This game will consist of a single scratch-off area. The player will remove the scratch-off material to reveal two (2) symbols (i.e. MONEY BAG, BANK ROLL, TREASURE CHEST, COINS, BAR OF GOLD and PIGGY BANK). If the two (2) symbols are identical, the player wins $50. Play Area 3 is a “Match 3 of 6” game. The player removes the scratch-off material to reveal six (6) prize symbols. If three (3) of the six (6) prize symbols match, the player wins that prize amount. The player can win one (1) time in this play area.

How to Claim $1,000, $10,000 and $25,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $10,000, $25,000 and $100,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
