This ticket will feature ten (10) separate game plays, or ROLLS. For ROLL 1 through ROLL 10, the player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal two (2) dice play symbols and one (1) prize amount. If the dice amounts total seven (7) or eleven (11) in the same ROLL, the player wins the prize shown for that ROLL. Add up the prizes won across all ROLL(s) and multiply by the total number of winning ROLL(s) won to determine TOTAL WINNINGS.

How to Claim $1,000 or $75,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000 or $75,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
