Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature two (2) separate game plays: a “Slots” play area and a “7 or 11” play area, with 12 chances to win on a ticket. The player will remove the scratch-off material to reveal two separate play areas.
Play Area 1 – SLOTS: The player will gently remove the latex covering the play area to reveal six (6) GAMES, each consisting of three (3) play symbols and one (1) PRIZE symbol. Get 3 like symbols in the same GAME, win prize shown for that GAME. A player may win up to six (6) times in this play area.
Play Area 2 – 7 or 11: This ticket will feature six (6) separate ROLLS. For ROLL 1 through ROLL 6, the player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal two (2) dice play symbols and one (1) PRIZE amount. If the dice amounts total seven (7) or eleven (11) in the same ROLL, the player wins the PRIZE shown for that ROLL. A player may win up to six (6) times in this play area.

When you win a $1,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000 and $150,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
