Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature two (2) game play areas; a “Number Match” play area and a “Bonus” play area. Each ticket will contain a block of scratch-off material covering each of the game play areas.

Game 1 is a “Number Match” game. The player gently removes the scratch-off material to reveal one (1) “WINNING NUMBER”, six (6) “YOUR NUMBERS” and six (6) corresponding prize amounts. If any of “YOUR NUMBERS” match the “WINNING NUMBER”, the player wins the corresponding prize for that number. If a “broomstick” symbol is revealed in any “YOUR NUMBERS” play spots, the player wins that prize amount automatically.

Game 2 is a “Bonus” game. The player will remove the scratch-off material and if any amount is revealed, the player will win that amount.

When you win $2, $3, $4, $5, $10, $20, $40 or $100, sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.

How to Claim $3,100 Prizes!
When you win a $3,100 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.

Approximately 6 million “THRILLS, CHILLS & BILLS” tickets are initially planned in this game. The New Jersey Lottery reserves the right to subsequently increase this quantity of tickets.
