Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature three (3) separate game plays: BLACKJACK, ROULETTE and DICE, with twelve (12) chances to win on a ticket. Game 1 is a BLACKJACK game. The player removes the scratch-off material to reveal five (5) PLAYER'S HANDS containing two (2) cards and one (1) prize amount, and the DEALER'S HAND containing two (2) cards. If any PLAYER'S HAND is higher than the total of the DEALER'S HAND, the player wins the prize for that HAND. If the DEALER'S HAND reveals two (2) "BUST" symbols, the player wins all five (5) prizes. J, Q, K = 10 and A = 11. Game 2 is a ROULETTE game. The player removes the scratch-off material to reveal one (1) ROULETTE NUMBER and four (4) SPIN NUMBERS with four (4) corresponding prize amounts. If the ROULETTE NUMBER matches any SPIN NUMBERS, the player wins the prize for that SPIN. Game 3 is a DICEgame. The player removes the scratch-off material to reveal three (3) ROLLS. Each ROLL will consist of two (2) dice and one (1) prize amount. If the dice total 7 or 11 in the same ROLL, the player wins the prize for that ROLL.

How to Claim $1,000, $10,000 or $150,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $10,000, $50,000 or $150,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
