Using the edge of a coin, gently rub the scratch-off material covering the 4 Blackjack Tables to reveal two card symbols for each of the four HANDS and a number for each DEALER’S HAND in each of the 4 TABLES.

When you win $1,000, $5,000, $10,000 and $250,000, first sign your name on the back of the ticket. Then fill out a Claim Form Mailer available at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer. Mail the filled out Claim Form Mailer along with the signed ticket to the New Jersey Lottery Headquarters address printed on the mailer. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
