This ticket will feature three (3) separate game plays. A player can win up to ten (10) times on each ticket.
Play Area 1 - LUCKY PAIRS -The player will gently remove the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal four (4) HANDS, each consisting of two (2) play symbols and one (1) PRIZE symbol. Get a pair in any HAND, win the prize shown for that HAND. A player may win up to four (4) times in this play area. Play Area 2 - SLOTS -The player will gently remove the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal three (3) GAMES, each consisting of three (3) play symbols and one (1) PRIZE symbol. Get 3 like symbols in the same GAME, win prize shown for that GAME. A player may win up to three (3) times in this play area. Play Area 3 - HOT DICE -The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal three (3) ROLLS, each consisting of two (2) YOUR DICE, two (2) HOUSE DICE and one (1) PRIZE symbol. If the total of YOUR DICE is higher than the total of the HOUSE DICE in the same ROLL, win the PRIZE shown for that ROLL. A player may win up to three (3) times in this play area.

When you win a $1,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000 or $150,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer location and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
