Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature five (5) separate game plays: Game 1 LUCKY NUMBER, Game 2 SUPER SLOTS, Game 3 DICE, Game 4 POKER and BONUS, with fourteen (14) chances to win on a ticket. Game 1 is a KEY NUMBER MATCH GAME. The player gently removes the scratch-off material to reveal one (1) LUCKY NUMBER, five (5) YOUR NUMBERS and five (5) prize amounts. If the player matches the LUCKY NUMBER to any YOUR NUMBERS, they win the corresponding prize. This play area can win up to five (5) times. Game 2 is a SYMBOL MATCH GAME. The player gently removes the scratch-off material to reveal three (3) ROWS, which each display three (3) symbols and a PRIZE. If a player matches three (3) like symbols in the same horizontal ROW, they win the PRIZE for that ROW. This play area can win up to three (3) times. Game 3 DICE game. The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering to reveal two (2) ROLLS. Each ROLL will consist of four (4) dice and one (1) prize amount. If the DICE total 7 or 11 in the same ROLL, the player wins the prize for that roll. If the DICE total 21 in the same ROLL, the player wins DOUBLE the prize for that ROLL. This play area can win up to two (2) times. Game 4 POKER: The player gently removes the scratch-off material to reveal three (3) HANDS. Each HAND will consist of five (5) CARDS. If CARDS within the same HAND match a POKER HAND on the PRIZE GRID, the player wins that prize. Only the highest prize paid per HAND. This play area can win up to three (3) times. Game 5 BONUS: In the BONUS area, the player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area. If they reveal any prize amount, they win that amount.

When you win a $1,000, $10,000, $250,000 and $1,000,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
