Here's How to Play
This is a Symbol Match game. The player will gently remove the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal five (5) WINNING symbols, fifteen (15) YOUR SYMBOLS and fifteen (15) prize amounts. If any YOUR SYMBOL matches any WINNING SYMBOL, the player wins the prize shown. If a GIFT symbol is revealed, the player wins ten (10) times the prize amount shown for that symbol.

When you win $5, $10, $15, $20, $50, $100, $250 or $500, sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How To Claim $1,000, $2,500, $5,000 and $25,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $2,500, $5,000 or $25,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
