Here's How to Play
This ticket features three (3) separate game play areas: two (2) Blackjack TABLES and a BONUS area, with a total of eleven (11) chances to win. BLACKJACK: The player gently removes the scratch-off material to reveal two (2) Blackjack TABLES. Each TABLE has five (5) "Player's Hands" containing two (2) cards and one (1) prize amount, and the "Dealer's Hand" containing two (2) cards. If the total of any "Player's Hand" is higher than the total of the "Dealer's Hand," the player wins the prize for that hand. If a "Player's Hand" gets BLACKJACK (21), the player wins DOUBLE the prize for that hand. If the "Dealer's Hand" reveals two (2) (BUST) symbols, the player wins all five (5) prizes on that TABLE. J, Q, K = 10, A = 11. Each TABLE is played separately. BONUS: The player gently removes the scratch-off material to reveal one (1) play symbol. If an (ACE) symbol is revealed, the player wins $50 automatically!

When you win a $1,000, $10,000, $50,000 or $100,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
