Here's How to Play
This is a Line Up game. The player will gently remove the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal four (4) GAMES. Each GAME has five (5) CARDS. If a player finds three (3) identical cards or two (2) identical cards and a PLAY symbol in the same GAME, they win according to the prize legend.

When you win $1, $2, $3, $5, $10, $15, $20, $50, $75, $100, $250, $300 or $500, sign your name on the back of the ticket. Present the ticket to any Lottery Retailer for validation and instant prize payment.
How to Claim $2,000 Prizes!
When you win a $2,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
