Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature two (2) game play areas: a Key Number Match and an Instant Reveal. KEY NUMBER MATCH: The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal two (2) WINNING NUMBERS and ten (10) YOUR NUMBERS, with a prize amount below each of the YOUR NUMBERS. If any of YOUR NUMBERS match either WINNING NUMBER, the player wins the PRIZE amount shown below the matched number(s). If a WINNING symbol is revealed in any YOUR NUMBERS play spot, the player automatically wins that prize. If a BONUS symbol is revealed in any YOUR NUMBERS play spot, the player wins ten (10) times the prize amount shown for that play spot. INSTANT REVEAL: In the $50 EUREKA play spot, the player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal a winning symbol or a non-winning message. If a WINNING symbol is revealed, the player wins $50 automatically.

How to Claim $1,000 and $40,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000 or $40,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
