Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature four (4) game play areas: MATCH 3 of 6, MATCH 3 and two (2) INSTANT REVEALS. PLAY AREA 1 MATCH 3 of 6: The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal six (6) symbols and a prize amount. If three (3) like symbols are revealed, the player wins the PRIZE. If four (4) like symbols are revealed, the player wins DOUBLE the PRIZE. PLAY AREA 2 MATCH 3: The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal twelve (12) GAMES. Each GAME has three (3) numbers. If a player matches three (3) like numbers in the same GAME, they win the corresponding prize in the PRIZE LEGEND. PLAY AREAS 3 and 4 INSTANT REVEAL: The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal a symbol or a non-winning message. If a WINNING symbol is revealed, the player wins $100 instantly.

When you win a $1,000, $5,000, $10,000 or $1,000,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
